Current Favorite Lip - Wearable All Year :D

This has been my favorite lip look since I think February of this year. It's super affordable & they both have a lasting quality. These two together are awesome :)

First up, the Elf Matte Lip Color in Tea Rose. This color is great. It's not quite a nude. It's kind of like a dark nude/brown with some mauve mixed with it. Such a weird and unique color that looks fantastic. I luuuurve it. I apply this all over my lips - starting it out as a lip liner then working my way to fill in the rest. These last for quite a long time. If you're not too wild about this color, check out the others. There are currently 4 other colors (I believe) & these are definitely worth picking up for only $3 each! You can purchase these at either Target or E.l.f.

Next is the lipgloss. It's called Cappuccino. This is by Ioni Cosmetics -- and I've only seen this brand at a store called Fred's. I'm not sure if they are nation wide or what.. but it's kind of like a general store. But Ioni Cosmetics has nail polishes, lipsticks, eyelashes, liners & more. Most of their products are only $1! One freakin' dollar. Holy shit. And this lipgloss is amazingly pigmented. You could wear this alone and still get the color you see through the tube. How I apply this on top of the Matte Lip Color is I just dot it on sparingly and after I lightly pat my lips together, I pat the excess gloss off on a towel. I don't really care for glossy lips, personally. They are not my thing. Your hair blows and gets all up in that mess.. no thanks. But I need to apply a light layer of gloss on top of my lipstick/liner because my lips are very dry and peel-y and all that gross stuff.

^^ Here is a somewhat crappy picture of me wearing the combination. You can't really see the color good.. but whatev.

So a total of $4 for a lovely dark nude-ish/brownish/mauve-ish lip. Not too shabby, my loves. Seriously, check these out.

Elf Essential Blush Swatches/Review in Glow & Coy

I've had these blushes since maybe -- June? I've been meaning to do a review/swatch post of them and just keep forgetting about it :(

Anyway - these are the new Elf Essential Blushes for $2 - not $1. They use to have these in a different compact (a shitty compact) for $1 and it didn't include a brush. They still have the same colors - I'm not too sure if they have updated the formula at all or not. I picked up the colors Coy & Glow.

I personally like these blushes. Sure, they are a bit 'chalky' but it's a blush for $2 -- what do you expect? They are actually really pigmented. Glow is such a pretty shimmery peach color and Oh my gawdddd - Coy is an AMAZING color! It's like a shimmery nude-taupe color? I can't really even describe what color it is - pictures cannot even do this color justice. It's a lovely and unique color. I'm not sure about the lasting power because the times I've worn these I haven't paid attention to see if they lasted all day or not. So I can't really say about that - but for $2 - I would say give these a shot!

Elf Disney Villians Maleficent Palette - with Swatches!

I just did a review for the Cruella palette -- so here's my review for this one!
In case you haven't read the other post about the Cruella palette -- these are $9.99 and are ONLY available at select Wal-greens.

This one includes:
8 eyeshadows
1 eyelid primer
1 liquid eyeliner
2 lip & cheek pencils

Swatches:

I have yet to test this palette out. I haven't really went anywhere to be putting on makeup lately :P The 'day' eyeshadows I have found from swatching aren't as pigmented as the 'night' eyeshadows. This palette comes with a clear glitter liner instead of the black liner like the other palette. I really like this liner! I think it will look great and you can use it in so many different ways.

I said I was going to purchase the other one - but I don't think I am. Not that I don't like these palettes - because I do -- I just know I won't wear them a lot so I know they'll go to waste :/ I have too much makeup and should probably limit myself and not buy the other one just for shits & giggles lol.

Elf Disney Villians Cruella Palette - w/ SWATCHES!

If you read my blog - you already know I'm a huge Elf fanatic. So when I found out about this I was excited! I was kinda iffy about the price -- being $9.99 (don't act like I'm cheap! You know Elf is inexpensive! :P). The reason being is because it's really hit or miss with their eyeshadows. Some Elf eyeshadows are great while others suck and don't have any pigmentation. But I picked up 2 of these to test out.

First off -- I'll start by saying that these are ONLY available at select Walgreens. You can check out Elf's website and do a store locator on this item to see if any of your local Walgreens carry it. They don't even sell this item on Elf's website. These cost $9.99 each.

This one includes:
8 eyeshadows
eyelid primer
2 lip & cheek color pencils
1 liquid eyeliner
1 pair false lashes & lash glue

This also includes a little day & night tutorial on how to use these palettes like most Elf Beauty Books do! The one thing that is different about this Elf Beauty Book is that they actual named their eyeshadows in these palettes :)

My overview of this palette thus far:
I haven't done a look on myself using these yet - because I just picked them up yesterday! But I did a look on my mom using the night time Cruella look and the eyeshadows are quite pigmented and blended out well on her eyelids. I've tried the Elf eye primer before  - it's $1 from their essential line - it actually works good. The liquid liner is also from their essential line & is $1. It works well for the price - I personally find that the tip of the eyeliner brush is too thin for my liking - but it works nice. The lip colors are actually pretty nice! I have yet to use them on my cheeks however. I'm not sure how well these would blend out as blush? Kinda weird - but maybe it works!

I recommend this palette. This is a neutral everyday look palette. I think it's a nice kit and the eyeshadows in this palette actually have nice pigmentation.

I also picked up the Maleficent kit - and tomorrow once I get paid I'm going to get the Evil Queen one. I unfortunately didn't have enough cash with me to get all 3 at the same time :( That's why I'm reviewing them separately. So be sure to check back tomorrow for a review on the other one! :)

New Elf Baked Blush, Eyeshadow, & Bronzer + GIVEAWAY!!

I placed a rather large order on eyeslipsface.com last Thursday & I got it in the mail today! I saw that they had new baked items from their Studio Line! So I got every new baked blush they had, 2 out of 3 of the bronzers, and only 1 of their new baked eyeshadows. I wanted to do a quick little opening/mini review of these!

All of these products are $3 each. However, I used a coupon and got 50% off so I only paid $1.50 per product. You should always google coupon codes for Elf before ordering!

Okay first up, the blushes! I was so excited to see these! When I saw them online they kind of reminded me of Mac's Mineralized Skin finishes. Here's what I think about each of these:

Pinktastic: This isn't really a blush -- but an awesome highlight. It's a very pretty glittery creamy/white color.

Passion Pink: A pinky color. Very very shimmery, but it's a very pretty coraly pink color.

Peachy Cheeky: I was most excited about this blush in particular. I actually like this blush the best out of the 4 personally. It's a very nice shimmery peachy color. Nicely pigmented. Love it!

Rich Rose: Probably the least pigmented out of the 4 blushes. I still do enjoy this blush (or of what I swatched of it anyway)! It's like a dark rosy/brownish pink color. Very pretty.

So all of these blushes are super shimmery. They all also have veining of multiple colors through them.

Next up, bronzers. I was pretty excited to test these out as well -- but I am a little disappointed with these.

St. Lucia: This doesn't do anything for me what-so-ever. It's not dark at all -- and it's not light enough to even be a highlight on myself. It may be a nice highlight for a tan/medium skin tone -- but definitely not a bronzer. I don't even think this could be a bronzer for pale skin!

Maui: This one is a little bit darker -- still not dark enough for a bronzer for me :( It's a very nice shimmer though. I may use these as highlighters once I get tan.

I probably should have gotten the darkest color of the bronzers, but I thought that it'd be too dark for my skin :(

Lastly, the eyeshadows.I only picked up one of these because I don't really like baked eyeshadows. They never seem to be as pigmented as I'd like them to be.

Bark: I was actually very surprised by this eyeshadow! I love it! It's very pigmented. I actually wore this one to work today over a Mac Paint Pot -- and it lasted all day without creasing & fading. I now want to get all of the other baked eyeshadows to try them out. I honestly thought these would be horrible -- but this specific shade (can't really speak for the other shades) is extremely pigmented & lovely.

GIVEAWAY!
I purchased an extra blush to giveaway! I picked out the Peachy Cheeky for my giveaway.
Interested in winning? All you have to do is Follow my blog & leave a comment below letting me know you're interested in entering!
This contest IS international as well & will end July 1, 2012. I will post an entry with the randomly selected winner!

So overall, I really like the blushes & eyeshadows. Not too much of a fan for the bronzers.. but I'm sure once I find a use to them, I will love them. They're nice and pretty colors -- but just not for my skin tone.
Have you guys tried out any of the new Elf products? I also got the Mineral Mist & a few other goodies -- i'll do a separate post on those if interested. But for now, it's rather late & I'm superrrrr tired :( Goodnight lovies!

December 2011 Favorites!

Firstly, I want to post a picture of this cute new shirt I got! Well, a part of it -
I got it on sale for $10! It's a crop top but in a size Large - so I can wear it without an undershirt :P You like?!
It was sooo cold today! My boyfriend and I cuddled up on the couch & watched a movie!

Anyway, I don't really have too many favorites this month because I haven't really had the money to buy anything for myself since I had to get a ton of Christmas gifts for everyone! So I just have a few products I'd like to share that I enjoyed this past month.
Mostly Elf stuff - only one thing that isn't (& it's Lancome).

Elf Studio Pressed Powder in Sand
I have just recently been using face powder, and this was the first one I purchased just because I was placing an Elf order & figured why not? It's cheap! And I actually really like this. It covers nicely. I like it! However, it's very powdery. So it wastes a lot of product if you use a brush with it rather than a sponge. I've heard this is a Mac Studio Fix dupe - but I wouldn't know :P I haven't used any other powders to compare it to.

 Elf Complexion Perfection
I've heard mixed reviews about this product. Some people love it & some people hate it. Obviously since it's in my December favorites - I love it. I use this before I put on anything. I mix my Elf Powder Brush in all 4 shades & then apply it. It makes my skin tone look more even. I think the people who don't like this is if they buy this palette for a certain shade & realize that it's actually kind of translucent more so than a color corrector for certain areas on the face.

Elf Studio Bronzer in Warm Bronze
I've done a review on my Mac Gold Deposit bronzer which I love (see review here: http://stfulaurenpack.blogspot.com/2011/10/review-mac-mineralize-skinfinish-in.html )
But since it is winter - my skin is extremely pale now. So I needed something a bit lighter. So I've been using this Warm Bronze & I love it! It's very nice & gives you just the right glow (if you're on the lighter side such as I).
*But here recently, I purchased the Mac Matte Bronze & haven't really used it yet - I want to start using a Matte Bronzer more so than shimmer because it's suppose to look more natural looking than glittery. It's also suppose to define the areas you contour and if it has glitter in it -- it kind of defeats the purpose. So I'm going to start using a matte bronzer to see how that works. I'm blabbing on about a new bronzer because even though I got a $23 Mac bronzer -- I am also going to be purchasing a $3 Elf bronzer (the Cool Bronzer) which is also matte to see how the colors differ & see which looks best! I'll be posting up on that once I get it & test it out :)
Elf Studio Blush in Pink Passion
I like the Elf blushes! Last month Berry Merry was my favorite. Now I'm back into my pink cheeks again & this is one of my go to pinks. It's a matte BRIGHT pink! Really pretty. I loove it!
Lancome Cils Booster XL Mascara
My last favorite! This is just a sample size of the product - I got it with my full size Doll Lashes mascara. I looooove this stuff! I plan on purchasing a bigger tube of it for my kit. It extends your natural lashes & makes them look extremely longer than usual.

November Favorites 2011 !

I wanted to do a favorites for the month of November! I've had quite a lot, but I don't want to do a super long blog like I did last time, so I'm just going to be showing a few favorites ;)

Yay for favorites! I also have a ton of new photo editing apps on my phone now where I can add cool looking bubbles on my pictures :) Makes me happy!

First up Benefit products!
As you know (if you read my blog that is) - I purchased a Benefit sampler kit a few weekends ago. So far, these are my favorites out of the kit!

Stay Don't Stray -
is a concealer / eyeshadow primer base. This is a flesh tone color - which happens to go and blend great with my skin tone. I personally use this as a concealer primer and not an eyeshadow primer. I already have the Urban Decay primer so I don't need two of those :P But this works great for me as a concealer primer. It may not work great for others however due to the skin tone color. So I'd sample this before going out and buying a big bottle of it!

Posietint & Bella Bamba -
This is a cheek and lip stain. As a lip stain, not so much - it doesn't work nicely. But I do like this as a cheek stain! It gives you just that natural flush. It's a very nice natural flush - but I like my blush to be kind of noticeable. Not tacky -- I just like my blush to show up a bit more -- so I add Bella Bamba blush on top of the Posietint & it looks great! I love these two mixed together. And Bella Bamba smells soooo good! I'm not sure why they make their blush scented? But it smells like green apples :D
The Dandelion one that came with the kit smells floral-y.

Next up, a few Elf products.
Elf Studio Blush in Berry Merry -
I have about 5 of these Elf studio blushes, and to be honest, I actually like all of them. But for the wintertime, I like this darker berry color the best :) I've heard a bunch of people say they didn't like these blushes because they're not pigmented enough, blahblahblah. But they're $3?! They are comparing them to Nars blushes which are $25-27. So I mean, of course they won't be as good as that - but I really like these and for $3 -- they won't break you$$  :)

[ You can probably get yours on sale like I did mine -- I google coupon codes before I check out at Elf because they always have some good ones floating around - I got 50% off the studio line ;) ]

Elf Duo Eye Shadow Cream in Coffee & Cream -
This is from their $1 line. However, as an eyeshadow - this creases really bad and I wouldn't recommend using it as such! This does look really pretty if you use the two together as an eyeshadow - but it creases horribly. However, the 'cream' color is the prettiest sheer glittery white I've ever seen! I use this as a highlight. This makes the PERFECT highlighter for me on the tops of my cheekbones, bridge of my nose, and cupid's bow. It does have some glitter in it, and for a highlighter -- you're supppose to use like a matte highlight or luminizer more so than glitter to make it appear 'natural' - but I love glitter! & this is super super pretty. I've gotten a lot of compliments wearing this handy dandy stuff. Plus, it's only $1.
You can also use the 'coffee' as a contour - it works. But I don't like my contour this dark, so I don't really use the brown myself.

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Primrose -
I have a blog post on this already it's one of my favorite fall lipsticks :)

But this is a really pretty natural like rosey pink. It's not a crazy baby pink -- it's more of a dark rose, for fall/winter. Haha, i'm not even sure if that makes sense. It does in my head when I'm typing it - but to others, I'm unsure :P lol It's a really pretty and good lipstick! I really like Revlon lipsticks. I have added quite a few of these to my collection! :)

Now for hair/face stuff

Nexxus Ultimate Moisture Shampoo -
This was just a sample size I purchased at Wal-mart. The actual bigger bottle was $10 - and before I spent that much on shampoo, I wanted to test it out. This is the best shampoo I've ever used! It makes my hair feel super super soft! I really like this & definitely plan on purchasing the bigger bottle once I get paid!

Organix Brazilian Keratin therapy Flat Iron Spray-
I don't really do much with my hair anymore since I work all the freaking time at the moment. But when I do straighten it -- I use this. This works really nicely. I spray it on in sections right before I straighten my hair - during straightening my hair - and just a little bit after I finish. This also helps my hair feel nice and soft. I personally don't like the smell of this stuff. It's all coconuty and what not :P If you like coconut smelling things - you'll love this!

Burt's Bees Citrus Facial Scrub -
Once again, if you read my blog, you know I don't wash my face - because I'm gross :) Haha, no I just feel like my face breaks out when I do wash my face because you're opening all your pores up and they get clogged up even easier than before. I'm not sure if that's true - that's just how I feel :P haha. But I got this while checking out on Black Friday at Target (yes, the line was backed up all the way to the freaking cosmetics). I really like this stuff. When you open it - it's not liquid - it's just a scrub - you get a little pinch out and mix it with water - then wash your face with it. It leaves my face feeling nice, clean, and fresh! It's tough (it's a scrub, so of course it will be!) - but not too tough - it's gentle enough for everyday use. My face has yet to break out when I wash it using this. So I love it!

That's all for my November favorites! I plan on getting tons of new stuff this month - so hopefully I'll have a lot of different favorites for December! I also plan to start makeup school by the end of this month / beginning of January. I'm really excited about it! My dad is paying for the first month for my Christmas - and then I have to pay the remaining 4 months - and i'll be super broke :( But, it's what I like doing and would love to do makeovers people to make them feel more confident & to teach them new things, etc, etc. :) Soooo excited!

REVIEW: Elf Body Shimmer Sticks

I've had 2 of these for about 3 weeks, and the other 2 I just got in the mail today. I didn't want to purchase all of them at once because that would have sucked if I didn't like them & wasted money. But, I do love these! So I ended up purchasing them all :)

I use these as highlighters. I just got the Blazing Bronze one (last one pictured) in the mail today - and it's a bit too dark for me, so I will use that one as a contouring shade maybe. I really like the other 3 though. My personal favorite is the Golden Glow one (3rd one pictured). It has actual pieces of glitter every here & there - and I think it looks really nice. The others are mostly just shimmer - no glitter chunks yet!

These are nicely pigmented & go on good! You can just rub these on your face and then blend them with your fingers -- but I dip my finger in the product then glide it across my face so I don't get too much. You kind of wanna have a light hand when using these - or I do at least since I'm kinda pale.

These are really great & I use the Golden Glow one just about every day! I just got the Cosmic Coral one in the mail today - so I will probably end up using that one just as much!

October 2011 Favorites

Finally! I remembered to do a favorites blog entry. And boy, do I have a ton of stuff! It was really hard to pick through my items, and I kind of have a lot :/ Oh well, the more the better :)

Firstly, I start out with my favorite hair & face products:
Pssssst! Instant Dry Shampoo - $5.47
Loreal Hydrafresh Toner - $5.97
CHI Silk Infusion (1 oz) - $8.99

Pssssst! Dry Shampoo -
For a nice poof! This is my first dry shampoo that I have tried. I really don't know why this one stuck out to me the most when I went to purchase a dry shampoo - but it did. I tried this after not washing my hair for 2 days, and it helped, but it didn't work like I thought it would. Like, I thought my hair would look freshly washed or something lol. It helped it not look as greasy -- but I don't know if I'd be comfortable wearing my greasy hair down with this product :P haha. However, this product does give you some volume! It makes my roots feel like they can breathe as well - so after I wash & style my hair, I go back & apply this where I'd like some volume in my hair, and it works really good! It's better than using hairspray or teasing for volume - so this is what I've been using.

Loreal Hydrafresh Toner -
I've been using this product for about a week. I don't wash my face, or use cleaner for it - just my makeup remover wipes (I know, i'm pretty gross). I feel like my face breaks out when I actually wash my face with cleaner -- and it actually looks way better and I don't have bad skin when I don't wash it - so whatev! But anyway, I got this to try this out since I don't wash my face, and I really like the way this feels on my face. It's also helped my face feel smoother. Normally I have little small bumps (there not quite blackheads, I'm not sure what they are :P - they're not big?) - but after using this - it helps tone them down a bit & my face looks clearer. I'm not sure why this does this? lol But it does!

CHI Silk Infusion -
I got this product with my CHI straightener back in May, and I love it! I put just a small squirt in my palm & rub it mainly at the ends of my hair & bangs before styling & it makes it feel supa' smoooooth!

Favorite Face Products:

Mac Mineralize Skinfinish in Gold Deposit - $28
Tarina Tarantino Dollskin Cheek Blush in Carved Rose - $25
Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer in Sand - $42
Elf Healthy Glow Bronzer in Luminance - $1
Benefit Boi-ing Concealer in 2 - $19
Hard Candy Glow all the Way in Doll Face - $8

Mac Mineralize Skinfinish -
I love this product! If you haven't already, you can read my review on this product & how I use it here:

Tarina Tarantino Dollskin Cheek -
This is the old packaging for this product. Like a week after I purchased this on Sephora, she changed the look of all her products :( I like this one better though anyway :P I love this blush! It's a nice flushed babydoll pink. I haven't really tried any other blushes - high end or drugstore - so I'm not too sure if it's $25 worth -- but I do like this blush.

Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer -

I do not wear foundation nor powder, and I wanted to start wearing something - but light with sheer coverage - so I decided since winter is coming up - I'd get a moisturizer. I heard a lot of good things about this tinted moisturizer - so I purchased it. I love this product! It gives you a nice sheer coverage - and it doesn't make my face feel greasy or like I'm even wearing anything at all. Like the blush - I haven't tried any other tinted moisturizers - high end or drugstore -- so I can't really compare it to anything else or to say if it's really worth $42 freaking dollars. Geez! Well, last week I did purchase the Elf Tinted Moisturizer (the $1 & the $3 one) - but they make me feel greasy. I suppose because they aren't oil free like this one. I'm still shopping around to find another that I like for an affordable price.
* Also, when I go out & wanna look good for my man (hehe) - I have just recently started mixing my tinted moisturize with the Revlon Photo Ready foundation - just a pinch of each to give me a bit more coverage.

Elf Healthy Glow Bronzer in Luminance -
I'm not too sure why they call this bronzer - because this is WHITE! It's very shimmery & has lots of little glitters - which I looooove. I use this in many ways - to set my tinted moisturizer, as a highlight, or as an eyeshadow. This is only $1 - & it's a great product for the price. It gives you just the right amount of shimmer. Here lately, since it's fall - I like to wear it as a finishing powder to give me the light natural glow & it looks really nice.
I'll be getting the other colors to try out as well with my next Elf order.

Benefit Boi-ing Concealer -
I've tried all kinds of drugstore & high end concealers. I have really dark circles under my eyes that are hard to hide. And this, so far, is the best concealer I've found. It works nicely. It covers up my dark circles for the most part. I'm wanting to try Benefit's Erase Paste to see which is better - so I'll probably be ordering that soon :)

Hard Candy Glow All The Way -
This is an AMAZING product! I use this as my highlighter - obivously. It is very shimmery & glittery --ahhh, I love it! & this HUGE tube is only $8! This should last you forever, seriously. A little bit of this product goes a long way. My next trip to Wal-Mart I'll be picking up the gold tinted one of this :)

Favorite Eye Products:
Elf Eyebrow Kit in Light - $3
Mac Paint Pot in Bare Study - $17
Elf Cream Eyeliner in Black - $3
Tarina Tarantino Fleur De Lash Mascara in Black Opal - $19
My Thirtyonewest Odd Liquorice & Anchor's End Eyeshadows - $6.99 each
Mac Eyeshadows in Omega & Vanilla - $15 each
Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden - $19

Mac Omega & Vanilla Eyeshadows -
These are the first Mac eyeshadows I purchased. I saw Gwen Stefani wearing a cream color eyeshadow with a light brown one over that in the crease -- and I wanted to create that look - so I did! I like the colors of these eyeshadows. I do like these a lot - but I'm not sure if they are worth $15 each? I feel like to get the color I want I have to apply a couple of coats of the Vanilla. But the Omega one works well. I don't know, it may just be the colors I got because they are light anyway. I'll get some darker ones next time to see if they really are worth $15 lol.

Mac Paint Pot in Bare Study -
This & the Treasure Hunt Paint Pot was my first Mac purchase! I got them back in September & I looove them. I just have the Bare Study one as my favorite because it's more of a nude-pinkish pearly color that I can wear with everything & the Treasure Hunt one is a light golden yellow. I also use this as an eye primer as well - and it works good! You can also use this as a highlight as well - ahhhh! So many uses for these handy dandy Paint Pots. I love them!

Tarina Tarantino Fleur De Lash Mascara -
Oh my God. This.Is.The.Best.Mascara.EVER! Baha, I'm gay, I know. But this seriously is the best mascara ever! This is the old packaging like the blush as well - it looks a bit different now - but same great product! I get compliments on my eyes all the freaking time when I wear this (which is everyday). It makes my eyelashes look extremely long & makes them appear fuller. I got mine brand new off of EBay because it was cheaper than Sephora -- but now that i've tried it --  I would totally pay $19 for it. I've had some people ask me if i'm wearing false lashes as well. Well worth $19. I love Tarina Tarantino products - they work really well. Her jewelry is amazing too!

Thirtyonewest Anchor's End & Odd Liquorice Eyeshadows -
I know I made these, but I really love these. I've been wearing these & mixing them a lot this month. Here's what they look like -
These are really pigmented & look good for smokey eye looks! You can get these from my new website:

Elf Eyebrow Kit -
Now, I've tried pencils & shadows for eyebrows -- but so far -- I like using the little waxy-gel stuff in this eyebrow kit. For me, it works the best. I have some bushy-ass eyebrows anyway - so this helps tame them down so they're not everywhere & adds a tint to it so it fills them in. I don't use the shadow that is with this kit though - just the gel.
I found out that Laura Mercier makes eyebrow gel as well for $20 -- so I am going to purchase it sometime soon & test it out!

Elf Cream Eyeliner -
This is the only gel liner that I've ever used. I like it a lot. It goes on nice & black - not faded black. And it has a ton of product in this little bitty jar for only $3.

Favorite Lip Products:

Maybelline Baby Lips in Quenched & Peach Kiss - $2.97
Covergirl Lipstick in Sultry (200) - $6
Nyx Lipstick in Narcissus - $3-4?

Maybelline Baby Lips -
I already did a review on these Baby Lips! To read go to:

Covergirl Sultry Lipstick -
I wanted to try a darker brown since it's fall. I'm kinda scared to wear darker lipsticks  -- not sure why, I just don't really wear lipsticks that make me look adult like :P haha. But I decided to cave in & purchase this one. It's not as dark as it appears in the packaging. I really really like the way this looks - it's not too light & it's not too dark - it's like the perfect brown color for me.

Nyx Narcissus Lipstick -
I love pink lipsticks. All kinds. Mostly lighter colors though. I have quite a few Nyx lipsticks - but here lately I've been wearing this one. It's the perfect Barbie Doll Pink Lipstick. If you're looking for a bright pigmented pink - this is for you! These lipsticks are very moisturizing as well. I like all the ones I have. I'm not sure how much they cost in stores - I get mine off of EBay in lots of 3 for like $7.

Sorry this blog entry was super long, I just felt like describing each individual product & telling about why it was a favorite. This ended up taking me about an hour and a half to type :P haha. I hoped you all liked this!
Let me know what your favorites are so I can go & test them out! :)
